Care is taken to describe and photograph artworks as accurately as possible. However, artworks are individual physical objects and screen displays vary, so colours, tones, scale, and detail may appear slightly different in person.
Any dimensions, frame information, condition notes, and descriptions are given in good faith and to the best of available knowledge.
4. Orders
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the item. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
The right is reserved to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing error, stock error, suspected fraud, or shipping unavailability.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a refund of the amount paid will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping is available to the destinations shown at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the purchase process.
For destinations outside the listed shipping zones, customers are welcome to contact shop63arts@outlook.com before ordering to request a personal shipping quote.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Responsibility is not accepted for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, weather disruption, or events outside reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any such charges unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
