Original oil on board by the Scottish artist Nan C. Livingston, titled Winter Trees, depicting a winter landscape with bare trees, low stone walling and distant blue hills beyond. The work has a quiet, atmospheric quality, with a restrained palette of browns, greys, greens and muted blues capturing the feel of the Scottish countryside in winter.
